Giuliano Berretta: In the year 2005/2006, our 'data and value added services' activities represent 21 of our income, an increase of 4.6. 'Video' growth of 3.4 applications represent 67 of our revenues with including the arrival on our satellites of 409 new channels of digital television and the first channels in high definition (HD); our services 'multi-purpose' rose by 14.5 correspond to 9 of our turnover. Data and value added services have benefited from the growth of the use of broadband by companies and local communities. To serve these markets, Eutelsat has developed own since its teleport in Turin and its subsidiary Skylogic services particularly for SMEs and local communities from the ground infrastructure of high-speed Internet access. These services that combine with the space segment of transmit/receive equipment were also known, in 2005/2006, strong growth markets maritime safety at sea, transport and the cruise, to access Internet and GSM for passengers, as for networks of business data and fleet management. Eutelsat provides also the major telecommunications operators and integrators of services of the satellite capacity to deploy applications for interconnection of sites, distribution of data on sales networks, remote monitoring, teleconference, or collaborative work between business partners.
G.B.: Our Skylogic subsidiary provides via its own network of 130 distributors, services D-STAR of access to the Internet since the teleport in Turin. Skylogic include these distributors Tiscali, Colt Telecom and Géolink. June 30, 5 300 D-STAR terminals were in service (i.e. a growth of 29 over a year), 47 per cent in the West, 22 in the Middle East and 29 in Africa. Naturally, the main markets of the Internet by satellite are businesses, schools and local communities situated in areas from terrestrial broadband infrastructure, but also embassies, the platforms in sea and sites of exploitation of natural resources, military forces and civil security and humanitarian organizations. Part of the fleet used satellite capacity Internet access to broadband is via major carriers such as Equant (France Telecom Group) and Telespazio and the platforms our customers Internet access providers such as Orascom, HNS, ATT, Algeria Telecom or Divona.

G.B.: We have indeed asked until 15 October Alcatel to reserve the option to add on the W2A satellite, just their order, a capacity in S-band 2 GHz. This decision is subject to two external constraints which are the uncertainty on the conditions of implementation of the regulatory framework, on the one hand, and the calendars of technological choices by mobile operators, on the other hand. We have to meet most of the major operators European mobile who understand the benefits of the solution S-band, and in particular the availability of an important spectrum and their ability to fully control service to the Subscriber. These marks of interest us were essential for our project. However, they throw not the uncertainty on the calendars, which now brings us to consider the sharing of investment with partners.
G.B.: We have already the necessary resources in orbit in the Ku frequency bands to ensure food and complement of coverage of the networks TNT, ADSL, WiFi/WiMax or even access Internet and GSM for rail, sea or air transport passengers.
