Benjamin Charles was born in hairdressing. More than thirty years ago, his father became one of the first franchisees of the Jacques Dessange sign, and his mother, hairdresser training. From a business school, Benjamin had no career plan in this sector. Step more than his sister, coming from advertising. Yet both eventually unite their skills to those of their parents to start a holding family, perfectly organized, and leader currently 12 salons hair in Ile-de-France. Birth of a family holding company
In 2001, the father of Benjamin already has 5 rooms free. Willingness to continue the development is present, but a change in structure is necessary to adapt to the size of the family business. A holding company is created. Benjamin Charles is changing professional activity to become Associate Director: "the holding company is a legal way of management." It holds a participation in each room, which has its own franchise agreement and form an independent entity.
