Parliamentarians want to tackle tax niches

The Government will nevertheless remain firm on the principle: do not distort the priorities of this budget, focused on the out of the crisis that it must succeed and that it must therefore be accompanied.

There will be no reform now or after. We are very strong: the principle of the shield should suffer no exception. First because the shield works: there are fewer people who leave for tax reasons and more people returning. This will enable us to continue to reform the niches next year.

A general measure is nonetheless proposed right now: the lowering of the overall ceiling

Last year, we have with parliamentarians, capped the overall benefit for 25,000 euros by taxpayer, plus 10 of revenue. Some advocate today to lower the ceiling. I am open to this proposal. We are to measure the effects: it should not be that the decrease in the overall ceiling in fact leads to lower the ceiling of a niche taken in isolation, for example investments in DOM - TOM.

Why not CAP more specific niche

Because the device is first designed to foster investment in these territories! There is also an element that we regularly in the debate on the niches: they enjoy all the French. The PS confuses niche and rich, forgetting that in larger niche, there is for example the premium for employment or the costs of childcare at home! We prefer the evaluation and effectiveness. I am totally opposed. The CSG should not become a local tax. It is already not sufficient to fund social security very deficit. If it reduces its resources to orient to the departments, this introduces much confusion.

This seems excessively difficult, including legally.

Is it step shocking to prepare a large loan that will be implemented with oe work next year, but that does not appear in the 2010 budget

The great loan does will be a second budget round. We will not open the drawers of the departments and old projects. The key, it is a measure of the profitability of each project. The budget will allow to follow the proper use, for example, by identifying expenditures related to the great loan in a specific programme for each mission.

For stock options, we already have much in 2008 and 2009. There were excesses which we have fought. For pensions hats, 840 businesses and thousands of frames, we act, since the Bill provides for a doubling of employer contributions.

What will be the next increase of the minimum old age

It will be upgraded to 4.7 in April 1, 2010, in line with the commitments of the President of the Republic, who has promised an increase of 25 in five years.
